How Can I Help?

There are many ways for you to help out or become more involved in Alpha Academy:

Please pray for us
This is the most valuable thing any of us can do. Pray that:

• our staff will have wisdom in administering the program
• God will bring the right students here at the right time
• our students will be open and receptive to what God is showing them
• our business projects will continue to grow and that our needs will be met.

Teach a class
Consider spending a few afternoons here at Alpha, passing along some of what you know to our students. Don’t think that you have nothing to offer! We have had everyone from pastors to paramedics to Hollywood actors out here, all sharing the lessons God has taught them through their unique experiences. Your input into these men’s lives is valuable!

Volunteer mentoring at Alpha Academy

Become a mentor
Although we are very involved with our students, we also want them to become involved with others in the community. As a mentor, you could meet regularly with one of our students, and share your wisdom and perspective.

Volunteer
Help with projects on the ranch. We have a very small staff, and can always use help with everything from carpentry to computer networking to interior decorating. We could REALLY use someone with a passion for cooking, to help our students cook lunches on weekdays. Even if you can only spare a couple of hours per week, you can make a big difference!
